The Yugoslavian Zastava M70 B1 is a rugged AKM variant famous for its unique integrated rifle grenade launching system.
How the Grenade System Works
• The Sight: It features a folding ladder sight built directly into the gas block. Raising this sight automatically shuts off the gas port, preventing the rifle from cycling.
• The Spigot: A detachable muzzle device (spigot) screws onto the barrel. To fire, you must drop the magazine, clear the chamber, load a special blank cartridge, and slide a 22mm rifle grenade (like the M60) onto the spigot.
Notable Build Features
• Reinforced Receiver: Unlike standard AKs, the M70 B1 features a thicker \(1.5\) mm stamped steel receiver and a bulged front trunnion. This absorbs the heavy recoil generated by launching grenades.
Comes with spigot and 12 chalk grenade missiles.
